Take part in a Self-Guided Fitness Challenge where you can start at anytime!
Each Challenge will guide you through the exercises giving you step-by-step instruction on form, protocol, and ways to modify or progress the exercise based upon your fitness level and goals. All Challenges also include follow-along video workouts that you can do on your time, anywhere and everywhere!
Choose from challenges that range from 7 days to 4 weeks, ones that focus on certain body parts, or ones that focus on bodyweight, strength using resistance equipment like weights and bands, or a mixture of it all. Challenges also include either gratitude or mindset prompts to help you get in the right frame of mind and stay there throughout our challenges and beyond.
The guides will give you the motivation you need to make fitness a consistent routine in your life.
