HOW IT WORKS

WHAT

A 14 day Fitness Challenge that is FREE!

You will build, strengthen, and tone your body while also developing healthy habits to transform your mind and body. Each day will be a different workout focused on either full-body or a specific body part. The workouts will get progressively more challenging with more reps and more rounds, but it’s meant for you to go at your own pace and take the time you need.

WHERE

At your home, gym, outside, wherever you like and feel most comfortable!

The videos will guide you on how to perform each exercise properly and will include a full detailed description of the appropriate form and protocol for the day. There will also be YouTube videos linked for you to watch as well.

WHEN
