A 30 day Squat Challenge that is FREE!

You will build, strengthen, and tone your booty while also working your legs and core every single day. Each day will be a different squat and they will build on one another. The weeks will get progressively more challenging with more reps and more rounds, but it’s meant for you to go at your own pace and take the time you need.

WHERE

At your home, gym, outside, wherever you like and feel most comfortable!

The videos will guide you on how each squat looks and will include a full detailed description of the appropriate form and protocol for the day. There will also be YouTube videos linked for you to watch as well.
